"My wife Joy and I met Will Cole when we started at Gill’s Fitness Center here in San Diego in 2002. We found him to be very knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. As we got older he was able to adapt his training methods as it became harder for us to do the activities we needed. Flexibility and focus on daily living skills with an approach of exercises that fit our needs was his mantra. He is a very caring trainer and we can recommend him highly. He worked with us for the past 13 years and we were sorry to see him leave San Diego. You will be in good hands. I hope you will consider him as your personal trainer in the future. "

"I worked with Will Cole as my primary trainer for over 7 years in San Diego. I also have had other trainers over the years. Will was without doubt the best. He not only motivated me to achieve my fitness goals but has complete knowledge of the human physique and the methods to address each component in a well rounded workout. If there was a muscular weakness that needed addressing he had multiple ways to improve it and protect against further injury. I went through two knee surgeries which he helped prepare me for and then rebuild the muscles afterward. His is not a drill sergeant approach. He does his work with quiet motivation and encouragement and knew the limits of my personal abilities. I always felt I understood why we were doing every exercise for my benefit. I cannot recommend him highly enough."

"As a person who has been training for many years with a personal trainer, I feel that I am qualified to judge the effectiveness of an individual in the field. With that said, I feel that Will Cole is an outstanding trainer for the following reasons: after being trained by him for the past 8 years, I feel that he is very knowledgable and extremely patient as well as attentive to my special needs.
He has always conducted himself in a personal and yet, highly professional manner."

"For fourteen years I was training with Will Cole in San Diego. Coincidentally, he and I moved from San Diego at approximately the same time-he moved north but stayed in California and I moved east to Tucson, Arizona. I can’t tell you how much I miss Will and his expertise as a trainer. Please consider moving to Tucson, Will! I need you!”
